Order & Billing

The payment options that we accept are:

Please contact support@newkko.com with your order number and your request to cancel and we will try to accommodate your request before your order enters processing at our warehouse.

If your order is already in processing at our warehouse or has been shipped, we will not be able to cancel it. But do not worry! When the package arrives, please either reject the package, or mark the unopened package as "Return to Sender" and drop it off at a local post office. This will return the package back to us free of charge.

Once your tracking information updates to confirm that your package is on route back to our warehouse, please notify us immediately at support@newkko.com and we will be happy to proceed with your refund back to your original method of payment.

Please contact support@newkko.com immediately with your order number and the changes you'd like to make to your order. Kindly note that once an order enters processing, or has been shipped, we no longer have the ability to make any changes to it.

Shipping & Delivery

We are able to ship to the following countries now: Australia, Canada, United Kingdom, United States.

We provide free standard shipping for all orders.

It will take 1-2 business days to process your order. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number.

Please allow 7-15 business days for delivery to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and Australia.

Returns & Refunds

Yes! We are pleased to accommodate returns within 30 days of delivery in the original condition and packaging. To learn more or start a return, please click here.

Please contact us with the order number and product name (which can be found in your order confirmation email) for the item you wish to return. Products need to be returned to the address customer service provided instead of the one on shipping slip.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping fees. We do not offer shipping labels for returns.

A full refund will be provided to the original method of payment after we have received. Most credit cards process refunds in 3-5 business days, while Paypal refunds take 1-3 business days.
